Our client is a leading consultancy in the water industry and they are looking for a Project Manager capable of ensuring on time delivery of a 3-year water treatment project in Northumbria.
My client is open to applications from those seeking both Long Contract and Permanent positions.
Project Management Duties:
� Management of the commercial team with site change control and ensuring all cost, value and change control is captured in line with the contract.
� Management of subcontractors and site personnel
� Ensure the correct RAMS, Construction Phase Plans and H&S documentation are in place prior to work commencing
� Develop and manage the programme to ensure that critical deadlines and budgets are met
� Demonstrate value engineering throughout the delivery
� Manage documentation for quality assurance and Health and Safety files
� Chair monthly progress meetings with clients and stakeholders
� Act as representative for the business at all times.
� Ensure timely and profitable delivery of projects in your remit
� Manage a team of Site Agents, Sub Agents and Engineers
