Project ManagerPermanent, £50,000 £60,000 PA + benefitsOn-site 5 days per week in Lincoln We are currently partnered with the largest farming business in the UK which is improving harvests while protecting the environmentWith a passion for delivery and building relationships, as a Project Manager, you will work closely with stakeholders to effectively identify, manage and deliver a range of IT, Systems and Finance projects on time, in budget and to scope.You will be responsible for managing and the delivering multiple projects and business change including supporting and coordinating project resources.You will work closely with the Financial Controller and Finance Director to set resource demand and ensure sufficient allocation and will manage the overall project budget. The role will also require the candidate to manages changes in project scope, costs, resource and timing within the framework of agreed governance and change control process.Knowledge and Experience:Previous experience in a Project Management role with expertise in Systems, IT and/or Finance projectsHolds Prince2 Practitioner qualificationIn depth knowledge and experience of all stages of the project life cycle including development of business cases and mobilisation of projectsProven track record in successfully delivering projectsConfident communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals with technical and non-technical backgroundsAnalytical problem solving skillsThe ability to deliver multiple projects running concurrentlyDemonstrate a flexible approach to workOrganise and plan effectively showing good use of delegation where requiredMaking sound and good decisions, understanding the right level of risk and influencing othersMotivate and inspire, embrace change and support others with their developmentPositively encourages team cohesion, idea sharing and goes out of their way to support others within the business to get the job doneSuggests and implements solutions both within their own role and across the organisationBe an enthusiastic change agent who contributes and embraces change.This is an exciting opportunity, please feel free to drop me a message to discuss further.
