Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage critical IT and business change projects that will shape the future of our organization.Position Overview: As a Project Manager in IT and Business Change, you will play a key role in delivering strategic projects that enhance our operational efficiency, drive innovation, and support our global growth objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and senior management, to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, within scope, and on budget.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, from initial scoping through to implementation and post-project evaluation.Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and budget tracking.Drive the execution of IT and business change initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and regulatory requirements.Coordinate and communicate with project teams, ensuring clear understanding of roles, responsibilities, and expectations.Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any risks or issues that may impact delivery.Facilitate effective change management practices, ensuring smooth transition and adoption of new processes and technologies.Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and key stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities.Ensure that all projects comply with industry best practices, corporate governance, and regulatory standards.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field; Project Management certification (e.G., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.Proven experience in managing IT and business change projects within the financial services industry.Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Experience with change management processes and methodologies.Knowledge of financial services regulations and compliance is a plus.Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.G., MS Project, Jira, Trello).Benefits:Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension plan, and wellness programs.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement within a global organization.Flexible working arrangements, including hybrid working options.Supportive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and innovation.SPG Resourcing is an equal opportunities employer and is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace which values and benefits from the diversity of the workforce we hire.
