The Job Current responsibility for the refurbishment of a 30,000 square foot office building in Belfast. Starting within the next 2 months. Other commercial projects in the pipeline on completion of initial project. Review the project progress in accordance with the programme and provide progress reports to management. Liaise with design team and procurement team. Ensure the highest quality is maintained throughout the project Resolve day to day issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure programme is maintained Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures Ensure that all costs are controlled in line with budgets. The Person We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, along with experience in project management methodologies and tools.
