I have a Fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager looking for their next step.
I am looking for a Project Manager who is experienced in taking projects from inception through to completion. You will need to ensure site performance and progress meet the contractual requirements whilst ensuring projects are set up correctly in line with their Quality, Environmental and Management System, delivered safely, on time and to budget.
Role Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of Site Management. You will be responsible for ensuring site performance and progress meet contractual requirements cost effectively and on time.
Reporting into the Contracts Manager, this permanent position is well suited to an individual who is looking to make an impact on the business and our clients, and deliver projects from conception to completion.
They are looking to add a Project Manager to their team who can contribute to the overall successful running of the department including: production, commercial issues and health and safety.
My client are looking for a strong leader who personifies their Core Values and leads by example. You must be client focused and result-driven, in addition to being approachable, flexible and responsive to change.
Experienced in managing projects valued between £8-15million is essential .
A degree in the relevant field of construction (or equivalent qualification) and in-date SMSTS, CSCS Managers and Professional card and First Aid is also required.
You should have excellent leadership and communication skills, with a desire to progress within the company. Highly organised and taking real pride in your delivery to projects you will oversee.
Travel is required to sites and therefore a full driving license is required.
