A leading specialist construction business with a pan-European reach is seeking a Project Manager to deliver turnkey solutions in the UK and Europe. This is a permanent role with extensive periods of time based in mainland Europe at customer sites.

The Role
The Project Manager role represents an incredible opportunity to lead and deliver specialist construction projects across Europe including but not limited to Germany, Austria, Poland, and Hungary.
The Project Manager, reporting into the Project Director will support and lead commercial (supply chain and quotation), design management, scheduling, and resource management aspects on the projects. The ultimate mission of the Project Manager is to ensure excellent customer outcomes for the construction turnkey solutions.
The Project Manager will collaborate closely with clients to maintain good customer relationships and ensure that internal stakeholder communication is effective and well documented.
The Project Manager will travel extensively to mainland Europe including Austria, Germany, Hungary, and Poland in addition to maintaining strong links and presence in the UK. As such the role can be successfully delivery via living in the UK or Europe, the capacity to travel and work away from home Monday to Friday is essential for this position.
All travel and accommodation arrangements are expensed and booked centrally therefore there is no requirement for the Project Manager to manage their own travel.
The Person
The successful candidate for the role of Project Manager will be well versed in construction and will have previous experience managing projects at value in excess of £ 1M. You will be conversant with CAD (AutoCAD & Revit) and be able to interpret a technical drawing.
The Project Manager will be highly familiar with supply chain management and scheduling including developing Bills of Materials and extensive supplier interaction. You will be cost savvy and ideally have experience of delivering specialist construction projects both in and outside of the UK. It is essential that you can travel flexibly across Europe and able to work away from home Monday to Friday.
