Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Location: Bristol/M4 Corridor 

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee various construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with our quality standards. The company specialises in Industrial, logistics and data centres. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage construction projects, coordinating all aspects from planning through to execution.


• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring all milestones are met.


• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure clear communication and project alignment.


• Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues or delays proactively.


• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.


• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and quality of work.


• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.


• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry (5+ years preferred).


• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.


• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.


• Proficiency in project management software and tools.


• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
