We are partnering with a highly regarded and established Main Contractor who are embarking on an exciting �20m commercial project with high end finishes. With a reputation for excellence and a portfolio of great project across different sectors, this is a fantastic opportunity to join their team.

About the role of Project Manager

As the Project Manager, you will be reporting to a visiting contracts manager and be responsible for overseeing the project, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

• Managing the expectations of the clients and maintain clear and effective communication
• Ensuring the project is running in line with the programme
• Manage budgets, schedules and resources
• Mitigate risk and resolve any issues that arise during the project
• Ensure compliance with H&S standards
• Liaise with architects, design team and subcontractors to ensure a successful completion of the project

Requirements for Project Manager

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within Main Contracting
• Track record of successfully delivering projects with high end finishes
• Strong leadership, negotiation and decision-making skills
• Experience with D&B contracts
• CSCS, 1st Aid and SMSTS
• Solid technical knowledge and previous experience on concrete frame buildings
• Have an exceptional attention to detail

• Salary on offer �75,000 - �85,000
