Project Manager

Requirement for a number one project manager to run a 7.3million commercial unit near Bracknell. The contractor are a commercial build specialist who work throughout the UK delivering similar projects. The project will start end of November/Start of December & will go on for 6 - 9 months.

The required individual must have experience in running commercial units of a similar nature. Be committed to the project from start to finish. Qualifications SMSTS, CSCS + First aid are required. You will be required on site each day.

The number 1 will be expected to communicate and support the commercial team and design.�
