Candidates with Shopping Centre, Department store or�Shopping Outlet experience are essential.
As a Project�Manager, you will be responsible for the retail�fit-out of�a shopping centre.��You will have to oversee�the day-to-day running of the project and be expected to carry out all typical duties, including:
- Managing day-to-day site operations.
- Be the point of contact between contractor and client.�
- Implementing work practices such as Job Safety Assessments, Risk Analysis, Safety Audits, Security Protocols, and Critical Safety Audits.
- Ensuring timely material requisitions to avoid delays and secure the best commercial terms.
- Collaborating with contractors to address safety inefficiencies and implement additional programs and processes.
- Attending Design Team Meetings to provide input into the design process and contribute to build-ability discussions, Health and Safety, or process improvement.
Candidate Requirements:
- SMSTS
- First Aid ticket
- Asbestos Awareness
- CSCS
- Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing similarly sized commercial fit-out projects.
- Experience working at Shopping Centres or Outlets would be preferable�
