Candidates with Shopping Centre, Department store or�Shopping Outlet experience are essential.



As a Project�Manager, you will be responsible for the retail�fit-out of�a shopping centre.��You will have to oversee�the day-to-day running of the project and be expected to carry out all typical duties, including:




  • Managing day-to-day site operations.

  • Be the point of contact between contractor and client.�

  • Implementing work practices such as Job Safety Assessments, Risk Analysis, Safety Audits, Security Protocols, and Critical Safety Audits.

  • Ensuring timely material requisitions to avoid delays and secure the best commercial terms.

  • Collaborating with contractors to address safety inefficiencies and implement additional programs and processes.

  • Attending Design Team Meetings to provide input into the design process and contribute to build-ability discussions, Health and Safety, or process improvement.



Candidate Requirements:




  • SMSTS

  • First Aid ticket

  • Asbestos Awareness

  • CSCS

  • Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience managing similarly sized commercial fit-out projects.

  • Experience working at Shopping Centres or Outlets would be preferable�
