Project Manager

I am looking for a Project Manager who specialises in Social Housing Assets to join a social housing provider in Nottinghamshire. The Project Manager will be responsible monitoring capital projects throughout the area and for the delivery of multimillion regeneration projects. This is a 3-6 month contract with hybrid working available.
Project Manager responsibilities:

• Manage individual capital projects, making informed decisions, assessing problem and negotiating with team members.
• Plan, co-ordinate and develop consultation and publicity on capital projects
• Operational delivery of estate improvement projects
• Be responsible for multimillion pound programmes of regeneration projects

What is required for the position:

• Degree or equivalent HND/HNC
• Ability to prepare and maintain up to date project plans
• Working knowledge and understanding of safety practices and legislation
