Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in airport Fit out�projects to lead and deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for managing a dedicated team, working closely with clients, subcontractors, and professionals to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project delivery teams to meet targets for time, cost, quality, and profitability.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.


• Identify potential challenges early and implement effective solutions.


• Review project designs, schedules, and budgets, providing strategic input.


• Contribute to proposals and lead client presentations.


• Oversee risk management and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.


• Monitor project progress, resolve delays, and enforce Zero Defects quality initiatives.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in construction project management, with specific experience on airport projects.


• Relevant qualifications in a building-related discipline.


• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.


• Expertise in project programming, procurement, and technical construction knowledge.


• Familiarity with CDM regulations, health and safety standards, and airport-specific regulations.


• CSCS card holder and first aid certificate.
