Project Manager – Up to £60,000 + Benefits

Situation:

We are recruiting for a specialist in the design and implementation of advanced mechanical handling solutions for high integrity industries such as nuclear, aerospace, and defence. One of the 4 business units offers bespoke engineering projects and complex lifting systems tailored for unique challenges. The business has an exceptionally strong pipeline of projects and as such, require a capable Project Manager.

As a result of the business’s pipeline and continued growth, there is a new opportunity for an experienced Project Manager, with experience operating in an engineering environment, to come into the business and take ownership and lead 2-3 projects (value £1-5 million) from concept design through to implementation/build.

Essential Criteria To Secure An Interview:


  • Experience leading projects in an engineering environment (Mechanical & Electrical)
  • Experience working with technical engineering solutions.
  • Highly regulated background – rail, aerospace, nuclear, defence & infrastructure.
  • Experienced in managing project budgets (Commercially astute)

 

Salary & Package:


  • Up to £55,000
  • Extensive benefit package
  • Monday to Friday. 1 day a week from option of WFH.
