Job Title: Project Manager�



Industries: Building Services, Construction, Civils works.



Environment: High security commercial site.



Location: Barrow-In-Furness + some travel across the North West.



Salary: �55-60K + �5K Car Allowance



Package: 25 days paid holiday + bank holidays (total 33 days), private healthcare plan, sick pay, pension, flexi benefits scheme (buy up to 5 more days holiday, discount schemes etc)



Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00am - 5:00pm.



Role overview:



We are actively recruiting for a Project Manager to work across a wide range of building services projects, including; new build construction, extensions, mechanical & electrical upgrades, mechanical, HVAC and electrical installations, various construction packages (groundwork, drainage, steel works, build, roofing, fit out etc) and elements of civil engineering.



You will work as part of a large team, with Project Managers from various disciplines and backgrounds, alongside on-site Site Managers / Project Supervisors reporting into you, further supported by in-house estimators, surveyors, health and safety advisors etc.



Role Duties / Responsibilities:



As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring;




  • The Project remains in-line with projected timescales.

  • Ensuring quality workmanship on the project from both in-house staff and sub-contractors.

  • Liaising with stakeholders, client and other points of contact.

  • Direct management of Site Managers / Project Supervisors.

  • Maintaining regular visits and review of projects under management.

  • Ensuring contract compliance and health and safety is adhered to.



Candidate Profile / Requirements:



As a Project Manager, we are seeking an individual who fits the following profile:




  • Technical background in either a Construction or Building Services discipline (brickwork, groundwork, roofing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC etc).

  • Ability to adapt to other disciplines and over-see a wide variety of project works inclusive of different disciplines.

  • Ability to manage large singular or multiple small projects at any one time.

  • Experience in a similar Project Manager�role.

  • SMSTS�
