Based in Kidderminster, this role offers the opportunity to lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take full ownership of projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver outstanding results.
* Oversee the installation and commissioning of smoke ventilation systems, ensuring all work meets rigorous safety and regulatory standards.
* Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to define objectives and maintain strong relationships.
* Prepare project documentation, including risk assessments, RAMS, and detailed financial reports.
* Manage Health & Safety and ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in project management, ideally within smoke ventilation, HVAC, or related construction sectors.
* Strong organisational and communication skills to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
* Technical proficiency in reading drawings and executing complex projects.
* Full UK Driving Licence and the flexibility to travel nationwide.
