High End Residential, Heritage and Commercial projects.

Very busy with new projects

Person specification

Managing single or Multiple Projects

You must have successfully delivered projects for a reputable contractor.

Have excellent communication skills and have a proven history of developing long term client relations.

Knowledge of refurbishment and maintenance works

Good communication skills with relevant paperwork and documentation.

Worked on residential refurbishment projects

Contractually aware

Be professional and work to resolve any problems efficiently.

You must have current CSCS, First aid, SMSTS certificates

This role is offered on a long term contract or Permanent basis�
