The programme is currently in concept phase developing the detailed solution design, requirements, commercial and procurement strategies and will be due to submit an Outline Business Case (OBC)�

Role specification:

Provide support to the technical specialist for specific areas of the Programme within the requirements, benefits and contractual arrangements space for Facilities Management and Alongside Services.
