Construction Project Manager - Maidenhead- Data Centre
Our client is a respected turnkey services contractor covering most aspects of the construction industry from M&E to fit out services and deals with very exclusive clients.
They are currently looking for an electrical biased Project Manager in with a history of working and completing commercial construction projects, with a rounded knowledge of the processes in Data Centres.
The ideal Project Manager will have:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager.
  
• In-depth knowledge of data centre processes
  
• Proven history in operations with a strong ability to manage projects within budget and meet deadlines
  
• Very good computer skills and familiar with MS Project, Excel and Office
  
• Excellent management and communication skills
  

Certificates & checks required:

• CSCS & SMSTS
  
• Temporary Works
  
• Relevant Mechanical/Electrical qualification
  
• DBS Check - Basic or Enhanced
  
• Financial Check
  

Job details:

• Start date: ASAP
  
• Location: Slough
  
• Hours: 7am to 4pm
  
• Salary: �65 - �80,000 PAYE + Package
