Project Manager

Seeking an experienced Project Manager who is looking for a new and exciting opportunity to join a leading, privately owned Principal Contractor. Offering versatile experience allowing them to operate across numerous sectors including commercial new build, fit out, heritage projects and data centres.

This ideal candidate for the role will also have this diverse experience and preferably would have cut & carve, heritage experience as well as industrial /steel frame experience.

About the role

You will be number one on a �11million commercial cut & carve project.

• You should be able to lead a site team and subcontractors on site
• Responsible for Health & Safety & Quality assurance
• Lead weekly progress meetings
• Ensure the project is running to programme and within budget
• Report to the Construction Director

Requirements for the Project Manager

• Ideally you will be degree educated within Construction management or Civil Engineering
• 5+ years experience as a number one Project Manager, having lead a scheme from start to finish
• Industrial construction sector experience is desired.
• SMSTS
• CSCS
