Project Manager

We are currently looking to recruit a Project/contracts manager to work for an Essex based building contractor with work throughout the south-east.

Projects typically range�from �50k to �1m in value and can be a combination of fit-out ,refurbishment and new build.

Primarily office based, with visits to site as and when needed, the role is client facing and�involves�estimating and pricing work through to site set up and delivery .�

Candidate will have worked for reputable building contractors and ideally have experience of running multiple projects .
