I am working alongside a regional civil engineering contractor. They are looking to onboard a project manager to help deliver a brand new scheme kicking off for a valued client. My client operate heavily in the North East of England, delivering schemes within the infrastructure and civils sectors.�
Project manager responsibilities:�
- Managing mainly Civil infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets, making adjustments as necessary.
- Assisting with producing and reviewing RAMS
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams, P6 planners, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met.
- Utilise MS Office and ASITE for tracking project progress, maintaining documentation, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and client expectations.
- Manage project risks, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement in project processes.
Project manager requirements:�
- Right to work in the UK.
- Diploma or degree in construction project management.�
- CSCS card.
- SMSTS.
- First aid.�
- Proven experience in a project managers role.
- Strong knowledge and experience with civils and earthworks.�
- Full UK driving licence.�
