Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality office fit-out and refurbishment projects. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
\n- Lead and manage office design and build projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
\n- Collaborate closely with clients, designers, engineers, and contractors to define project objectives and requirements.
\n- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient execution.
\n- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
\n- Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues proactively to keep projects on track.
\n- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and reporting on project status.
\n- Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company standards, and client expectations.
\n- Foster strong relationships with suppliers and contractors to optimise project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
\n- To take financial control of all related projects.

Required Skills and Experience:
\n- Proven experience in project management within the office design and build, construction, or interior fit-out sector.
\n- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and construction processes.
\n- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
\n- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
\n- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, or Asta Power).
\n- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
\n- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving client needs.
\n- Relevant qualifications in project management, construction, or a related field (e.g. RICS, or CIOB certification is a plus).
