This role requires a proactive, organis ed, and detail-oriented individual to manage projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The position involves working with clients, suppliers, and installation teams to ensure the successful delivery of external projects across the UK.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Provide support for multiple projects, mainly within the UK, of varying duration and complexity.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing project requirements and expectations.

  • Prepare and deliver quotes promptly after liaising with suppliers and gathering necessary information.

  • Coordinate with the installation team, facilitating communication between installers, clients, and sales teams.

  • Maintain excellent organisational skills to ensure smooth project execution.



Required Experience:




  • Previous experience in project management and client liaison.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with varying requirements simultaneously.

  • Ability to communicate effectively across different levels of authority.

  • Experience in handling tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer service.
