Role: Project Manager

Location: Yorkshire

Salary: �70,000/�75,000 + Package (DOE)

Our client a regional contractor�are seeking to appoint a Project Manager�on a permanent basis to cover schemes (Industrial, Commercial, Educational, Retail)�throughout Yorkshire. Due to secured works in the region of �90m for 2025 they now have the need to bring in an experienced Project Manager to lead on projects between the value of �500K-�25m.�

Job Description:

• Confirming building plans with Surveyors, Architects, and Engineers


• Coordianting Site & Utility preperation (pre-construction)


• Creating work schedules so projects are completed before deadlines


• Purchasing or hiring building equipment and materials


• Overseeing building projects to ensure staff are working safely, productively and to a high standard


• Monitoring construction budget to minimise overspending


• Providing progress reports to clients via phone, email or meetings in person


• Negotiating with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors


• Liaising with Site Management in terms of build programmes and updates
