Role: Project Manager

Location: Wiltshire / Hampshire area (hybrid working)

Contract Length: 24 months

IR35: Inside

Rate: �550pd (negotiable)

Role Outline:

This is a high profile fit out project to the highest standard. As main contractor, you will manage the design and build subcontractor, maintaining defence industry standards. DV Clearance required from start.

Essential Skills:

• DV Clearance required.
• MOD (Ministry of Defence) project experience required.
• Construction Project Management experience.
• Understanding of the various stages of pre-construction activity (currently in the early stages of design).
• High levels of attention to detail and accuracy

Desirable:

Chartered membership of Construction/Engineering/Facilities or Project Management and/or equivalent qualifications e.g. MCIOB, M/AssocRICS, MAPM, MCIAT, Prince 2, NEBOSH, IOSH, APM, PMP etc. or equivalent.
