Project Manager

Rubicon Consulting�is currently recruiting for a Project Manager on an 11 month contract on a hybrid basis.

Role Summary

1. Lead the payroll vendor consolidation strategy and execute on implementation roadmap.

2. Lead discussions with internal payroll operations and current supplier teams to arrive at, a. Optimized outsourced and be cost efficient internal service model, by driving effective movement of work strategy across internal/supplier teams and Global locations

3. Defining Business Case and Project Management of Unserved Payrolls into People Operations Service delivery model, including E2E upstream/downstream integrations.

4. Provide Transformation project coordination and change management across all levels of internal stakeholder and supplier teams.

5. Establish and lead seamless PMO and Change Management Governance, build & maintain detailed project plans, prepare and deliver leadership updates and stakeholder communication plans across all the above initiatives in close partnership with the Global Payroll and T&A Product Leader.

6. Design, develop and deliver on Global Transformation of T&A platforms, Services and Product Governance.

7. Complete detailed mapping of T&A requirements across the organization and assess landscape, currently spread across 62 Technologies/multiple suppliers/internal teams.

8. Recommend ideal future state solution for each one of the technologies with heavy lean towards Workday Time Products, build consolidated roadmap with no more than 3 technologies in the target future state.

9. Project Management of the implementation efforts, including stakeholder, change and communications across all levels of the internal and external stakeholders.

10. Establish and lead seamless PMO and Change Management Governance, build & maintain detailed project plans, prepare and deliver leadership updates and stakeholder communication plans across all the above initiatives in close partnership with the Global Payroll and T&A Product Leader.
