Project Manager

As Project Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Dealing with 4 or so projects across the UK (predominately London & surrounding areas)


• Fronting the job from the start, pushing it through design and production using the clients�design and production teams.


• Liaising with Clients and Main Contractors


• Drafting and�agreeing�programmes, material and subcontract resources


• Managing site works (utilising�Managers along with various sub-contract fitting teams)


• Resolving day-to-day issues


• Assisting with Commercial Team on variations and sub-contractor accounts.�

The right person would be:

• Based geographically somewhere around Stoke or within an area extending down to the M4 / M25 / M11


• The roles are hybrid, head office in Stoke between 1 and 3 times a week, with the other days on site.�


• Joinery experience will be highly desirable along with a�good knowledge / experience of the building industry.


• Able to drive and have access to a vehicle
