Are you a freelance Project Manager with good Industrial & Logistics project experience?
Have you got strong refurb and extension plus top fit out experience? 
Is client management and relationship building a strength of yours?
If so, Build Space has the role for you!
Project Manager roles & responsibilities:

• Precon work and project set up 
• Client liaison
• Programme management
• Quality management
• Reporting upline to Directors

Project Manager experience required:

• Minimum 3 years Project Manager experience required
• Extensive Industrial & Logistics project experience
• CSCS Black, First Aid, SMSTS certs
• Strong IT / reporting skills
• Excellent communication skills, written / spoken

Working on a £5m refurb project, you will be No.1 on site responsible for the successful delivery of some complex refresh works.  This is a red hot contract, we have interview slots next week, start on site late April / early May.
