Project Manager

Are you a Project Manager that's ready for that next step?

In a company that's tech focused, you'll be the first PM they've hired, so we're after candidates who are comfortable with operating in an engineering-led environment.

If you have 2 to 3 years project management experience and would like a role with genuine autonomy, then this could be the role for you.

You will be able to demonstrate some of the following -

Own project delivery and be comfortable negotiating with community stakeholders, client implementers, delivery partners and development teams to ensure that is strongly followed.

Comfortable and able to communicate effectively with a diverse set of international stakeholders, as well as internal and external software development professionals

Experience of complete software project lifecycle management

The nice to have stuff -

Experience of delivering SAAS and middleware projects

Awareness of how technical and devops processes impact project delivery

The working week

It's a hybrid role with 3 days a week in the Sheffield office ( 15 mins from station).

The Interview process

Interviews will take place over the next 2 weeks - 1st stage via Teams for 45 mins and the 2nd onsite in Sheffield - no presentations, just two conversations regarding your experience as a PM.
