Job Description Project Manager
Location: Bedford, UK
Salary: Circa £65,000
A long-established UK manufacturer of safety and environmental monitoring technology is seeking a Project Manager to lead product development initiatives. The company designs and produces innovative hardware solutions used globally to improve workplace safety and reduce environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and project manage new product development (NPD) projects from concept through to product launch
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product Management, and Supply Chain (internal and external)
Apply Agile, Lean, Kanban, and Scrum methodologies to ensure successful delivery
Use JIRA and visual project management tools to monitor progress, risks, and communications
Manage a smooth transition from design to manufacturing, with a focus on electronics-based products
Drive ongoing improvements in project management processes and outcomes
