Are you a Project Planner from a MEP background looking to take on a lead role within a well-established construction solution business currently in the process of conducting their most ambitious, project ever within a role offering hybrid working and ongoing career progression?

This well-established company have provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing services for clients across the commercial and industrial sectors for over 60 years. They have seen continual growth since their establishment in 1963 to the point that they have 130 direct employees and are looking for a Planner to take a lead role in an upcoming, five-year commercial project.

This varied role will see you developing and reviewing project programmes, progress reports and collaborating with Estimators to calculate project resources. You will work on a 08:00 - 17:00 Monday - Thursday basis with an early finish on a Friday.

This varied role would suit a Planner looking for a technically challenging and exciting role where you will take a lead role in the implementation of a large-scale, cutting-edge project offering hybrid working and the opportunity to progress your career.

The Role:

• Develop and review project programmes
• Update progress reports
• Liaise with office and site teams
• Collaborate with estimators to calculate project resources
• Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 17:00 Friday 08:00 - 15:30
• Hybrid - 4 days in office / site, 1 day working from home

The Person:

• Planner or similar
• MEP background
• Experienced with planning / programme software (Microsoft Project or Asta)
• Full UK Driving License - happy to travel to sites across Belfast
