Project Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a well run and busy Contractor whom are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing maintenance and construction team. This role would suit somebody looking for a long term career opportunity.
You will ideally have 3 years plus experience of surveying and costing on a range of projects including social housing and MOD with a focus on maintenance and painting. Our client have 10 years worth of work already secured in these sectors. Typical project value �0.2 million- �5 million.

Key responsibilities:-
Produce valuations and payment applications
Surveying of properties and pricing estimates
Identify changes to works information
Costing variations
Understanding of quality control, material scheduling etc
Subcontract account management
Cost reporting and Cost Planning
