PROJECT QUANTITY SURVEYOR - CAMBRIDGE

PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Project Quantity Surveyor for a main building contractor based in Cambridgeshire.

The organisation have an excellent reputation in the construction industry for delivering quality schemes ranging from �1million - �100million+.

Projects include new build, fit-out and refurbishment within the residential, commercial, retail, education & health-care sectors.

Job role: Project Quantity Surveyor

Salary: �65,000 - �75,000 (DOE) + package

Duration: Permanent

Location: Cambridgeshire

Quantity Surveyor responsibilities:

• Estimate material quantities, costs, labour and time
• Undertake cost analysis
• Prepare tender & contract documents

Knowledge and skills:

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure ans use own initiative
• Proven experience in a Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Management role
• Knowledge of construction and commercial awareness
