Overview:

Are you an experienced and driven Project Quantity Surveyor looking for an exciting opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects? Join their�team and oversee multiple projects ranging up to �5m across London and the surrounding counties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cost Management: Monitor and control project costs from inception to completion, ensuring budgets are adhered to.


• Valuations: Prepare and submit interim valuations, final accounts, and variations.


• Tendering: Assist in the preparation and evaluation of tenders and procurement of subcontractors.


• Contract Administration: Manage contractual relationships, negotiate terms, and resolve disputes.


• Financial Reporting: Provide accurate financial reports and forecasts to senior management.


• Site Visits: Regularly visit project sites to assess progress and ensure quality standards are met.


• Client Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Quantity Surveyor on D&B projects


• Preferably you would have worked on fitout and/or joinery packages


• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.


• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Excel, cost management software).


• Strong communication and negotiation skills.


• A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
