Description

• Manage project budgets and contractual relationships
• Prepare tender and contract documents
• Perform risk and value management
• Monitor progress and work closely with the construction team
• Advise on procurement strategy
• Resolve any financial disputes
• Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to
• Prepare reports and documentation as required

Profile

A successful Project Quantity Surveyor should have:

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Experience in the property industry, particularly in construction
• Strong numerical and financial management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of construction processes and materials
• Ability to work well in a team
