The company:

A regional Main Contractor who specialise in projects ranging from �1m - �20m in value. Projects�include Residential, Commercial and Education schemes.

The role:

Reporting into a Commercial Manager you will be responsible for overseeing a remediation and re-cladding scheme which is a PCSA 2 stage tender. You will be required to work between 2 office locations, Brighton and Central London.

• Reviewing programme of works


• Monthly progress meetings with the client, site team and subcontractors


• Pre start meetings with the relevant subcontractors


• Sending out tender documentation to subcontractors


• Analysis of subcontractor tender packages


• Award subcontractor packages


• Valuation of completed works and negotiating�payments


• CVR's on a monthly basis


• Cost control and reporting

About you:

• Previous recent experience as a Quantity Surveyor


• Qualified in a related field to Degree Level�or above standard


• Experience working on schemes of a similar value�would be preferable, but not essential


• BSA knowledge would be very beneficial
