The Project Quantity Surveyor Role

As the new Project Quantity Surveyor, you will become an integral part of a collaborative consultancy renowned for delivering exceptional results. This dynamic, medium-sized firm operates nationwide, with five strategically positioned offices offering unparalleled resources and opportunities.

You will independently manage diverse projects spanning high-end residential, commercial, and leisure developments, with values ranging from �1m to �40m. Alongside project delivery, you will mentor junior colleagues, ensuring excellence across all stages of pre- and post-contract work, from cost planning and tendering to client engagement.

For a newly Chartered Quantity Surveyor with ambitions for growth, this role offers a transparent, structured career progression plan to Senior Quantity Surveyor, Associate, and beyond-with no ceiling on opportunities and a rich, varied project pipeline to keep you inspired.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• MRICS is a must.
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK PQS/Consultancy firm.
• Strong pre- and post-contract knowledge.
• Ability to manage projects independently.
• A team player with excellent communication skills.
