Were seeking an ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our client and work as part of a fantastic team supporting the day-to-day delivery of their flagship residential development. This prestigious project features High-spec houses, duplexes, and apartments.

Location:
Based in London (SE1).
Regular site visits to Dublin each month and as required - travel is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all day-to-day commercial aspects of the project and report into the Commercial Manager.
• Undertaking budgeting, forecasting, and procurement, from tender to final account.
• Collaborate with the wider team to deliver this high-profile scheme successfully.
