Invision recruitment are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor for a Tier 1 Contractor for a �60m Industrial Scheme in Wigan.
The Role�
As the Project Quantity Surveyor you will be working under the commercial lead for the project.�
The project includes a large infrastructure package before leading onto the main build valued at �60m. Steel Frame with associated packages.
As the Project Quantity Surveyor you will have strong experience in preparing packages, reviewing scope etc.�
Requirements
- Proven track record in Main Contracting, Industrial experience not essential
- Established Commercial Lead on projects over �25m
- Full UK Driving Licence
