Project Sales Manager - Bermondsey Place

Dove & Hawk are working a leading developer of premium residential properties. They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Sales Manager that can lead and manage the sales team for our development, implementing strategies to achieve profitable sales.
You'll ensure the team is trained, motivated, and effective while providing regular reports to senior management. Innovation and forward-thinking are key to maintaining high sales rates.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and develop the sales team to meet targets.
• Identify and organize necessary training.
• Collaborate with Marketing Manager on sales strategies and innovative ideas.
• Chair weekly sales and marketing meetings.
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly sales reports.
• Attend project meetings and facilitate viewings.
• Drive lead generation and manage sales progress, minimizing cancellations.
• Ensure effective use of sales tools and optimize opportunities.
• Promote new ideas and practices within the team, aligning with business goals.
• Engage with agents to enhance development promotion.
• Create sales tools and marketing content, including videos.
• Maintain an active presence on LinkedIn and other social platforms.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in a customer-facing sales role, with property experience.
• Proven management experience in similar residential schemes.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to foster strong relationships and collaborate effectively.
