Job Description: Project Supervisor



Position: Project Supervisor

Reports to: Installations Manager

Regular Relationships: Operations Manager, Contract Coordinators, Production Team, Directors



Location:�Belvedere

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday



Key Responsibilities:




  • Team Leadership: Manage site-based teams to ensure daily targets are met, maintaining a high standard of work and productivity.

  • Client & Contractor Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and on-site contractors, addressing queries and providing updates.

  • Installation Oversight: Monitor all installation works to ensure they meet the required standards, overseeing quality and adherence to project timelines.

  • Reporting: Produce and submit daily reports to Head Office on installation progress and issues. Ensure sign-off procedures are followed, including capturing photo evidence of all completed installations and issues, which are to be reported to the office on a weekly basis.

  • Delivery Management: Coordinate and control deliveries to the site, ensuring materials arrive on time and stock levels are maintained.

  • Complaint Management: Address and resolve individual cases that may lead to potential complaints, liaising with clients and the team to find solutions.

  • Stock Monitoring: Maintain on-site stock levels, informing the factory when supplies are running low to avoid project delays.

  • Compliance & Regulations: Ensure all team members are aware of and adhere to site rules and regulations, maintaining safety and quality standards.

  • Coordination with Production Team: Work closely with the production team to ensure contracts and projects remain on target and align with client expectations.

  • Meeting Attendance: Participate in weekly and monthly meetings with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.

  • Team Management: Oversee supervisors and their respective installation teams, ensuring efficient management and performance across all projects.



Required Skills & Qualifications:




  • Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle issues proactively, ensuring swift resolution to avoid delays or complaints.

  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality control, ensuring all installations meet the required standards before sign-off.

  • Leadership: Proven experience in managing teams and projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.

  • Knowledge of Site Regulations: Understanding of relevant rules, regulations, and safety standards for site-based installations.
