Our client, a specialist in bespoke products, has an exciting opportunity for a Project Support Administrator to join the existing team.
Working within the Project Delivery Team, you will support the Project Managers team in managing administrative tasks related to field projects, tracking projects and working with customer’s support.
Duties
- Preparing site documentation for works to take place including Risk Assessments, Access Arrangement, Permits to Work, etc
- Creating and managing Purchase Orders
- Prepare completion of works reports
- Prepare and submit customer documentation
- Assist in the production of monthly customer management reports
- Arrange equipment and stock for Field Engineers
- Movement of some of the customer equipment within the office
Knowledge and Skills
- Previous Project Admin experience is desirable
- Positive attitude each day - always happy to help
- Strong administrative skills
- Have excellent communication skills (Verbal and written)
- Have the ability to deal with internal and external customers anytime, anywhere
- Be a good planner and organiser
- Be able to use the Office 365 Suite of Programmes
Particulars
- Ongoing Temp Contract - 6-12 months
- £12.50 per hour
- 8am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday (30 min lunch break)
