They are looking for an experienced Project Support Officer to join their small but dynamic technical team.Are you an organised, adaptable professional looking to take on a variety of responsibilities in a dynamic environment?Our client seeking a Multi-Faceted Project Support Officer for a temporary role, where you'll play a pivotal part in managing projects, facilitating agile processes, and supporting their sales and administrative functions.Qualifications:1-2 years of experience in project management or a similar role.Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Monday.com, and HubSpot is highly advantageous.Strong organisational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Capability to stay calm and efficient while handling multiple tasks.Sales and customer service experience is a plus.Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning, executing, and finalising projects within strict deadlines.Support the sales team with administrative duties, enhance customer success, and perform general administrative tasks.Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery of all project goals.Manage resource allocation and prioritise projects effectively.Keep project plans up to date and ensure stakeholder accountability.Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.Remove impediments and ensure adherence to Scrum principles and practices.Provide secretarial support, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.Manage correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders.*The role would require a immediate start and there is competitive day rate on offer*If you’re interested in this fantastic opportunity don’t hesitate to apply today!Unfortunately, we may struggle to respond to every applicant; Transition Partners get a high response rate on their advertisements and will be in touch if they feel your candidature is suitable for the advertised vacancy.
