Property Accounts Assistant - £30,000 to £35,000 - Brixton, SW9
My client is an independent estate agency selling and letting property in Brixton and surrounding areas. They are a committed group of property people working with a diverse range of clients to help them achieve their property goals. From individuals looking to sell or let their homes, to professional landlords, and some of the most innovative property developers in London.
You will have regular interaction with senior figures within the business, this is a great opportunity to work for a fast-paced growing company and to be part of a great team.
The Role

• Receipting the rent received from their bank statements onto the company software system
• Creating landlord statements
• Credit control: chasing outstanding rents
• Creating reports
• Carrying out the daily accounts procedures
• Organising refunds
• Setting up new tenancy accounts onto the system

Skills Required

• A years' experience within accounts either within property or housing association
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Meet deadlines
• Able to work independently and follow instructions / processes
• A good attitude towards hard work

Salary £30,000-£35,000 depending on experience.
Job Type: Full-time - Office Based
Hours: 8.45am to 5.30pm
