p A leading property company requires an experienced administrator to assist the Sales team in their Hampstead office, based onsite Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm and every third Saturday 10am - 2pm. /p p br br Scroll down to find an indepth overview of this job, and what is expected of candidates Make an application by clicking on the Apply button. br /p p Key Responsibilities /p ul li Uploading property details and client information /li li Typing valuation and instruction letters /li li Preparing, updating and printing property lists /li li Managing front of house, meeting and greeting visitors in a professional manner /li li Weekly stationery ordering /li li Updating and maintaining the company website with updated property details as and when necessary /li li Advertising - preparing and proof-reading all adverts for weekly and monthly publications /li li Organising photography, floorplans and relevant statutory required documents /li li Opening, date stamping and distributing post and franking outgoing mail /li li File management /li li Ordering property boards to be erected or taken down /li li Management of gas safety and electrical safety system, arranging gas safety’s and EICR’s due - Monthly /li li Chasing gas safety and electrical safety certificates and sending copies to Landlords & Tenants /li li Overseeing the monthly renewals for the office /li /ul p br /p p Skills and Experience /p ul li Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within property, is essential /li li Excellent typing skills, grammar and proof reading skills /li li Highly organised, motivated and able to work under pressure /li li Able to meet deadlines and use own initiative /li li Well presented with an excellent telephone manner /li li Good IT skills including intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel /li li Good customer relations and communication skills are required /li li Team player /li /ul p br /p p If you possess the relevant skills and experience and are available for a fabulous opportunity, please submit your CV today /p
