Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations . This position requires strong administrative skills and a customer-focused attitude to ensure the smooth running of our property services.
Duties
Arrange and attend property viewings
Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repair work for residential and commercial properties. Liaise with contractors, suppliers, landlords and tenants to ensure timely completion of work
Deliver excellent customer service for commercial and residential property management
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work and expenses
Negotiate contracts with suppliers and contractors
Provide excellent customer service to clients and tenants address any concerns or issues promptly
Experience
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong IT skills including Word and Excel
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to develop and maintain relationships
Confident with an approachable attitude
Highly organised with excellent time management skills
Self-motivated
Good knowledge of the local area
Minimum of 2 years experience in the property industry
A full and clean UK driving licence with access to a vehicle
