Property Compliance Officer
GVR Solutions are currently working with one of the largest private landlords in the country who are currently in the market for a Property Compliance Officer to join their growing team. This opportunity has arisen due to a positive increase in work and growing division within the company.
Responsibilities of the Property Compliance Officer:
Provide support to the Works and Compliance Manager in ensuring all properties meet legal safety standards.
Conducting property inspections across the portfolio to identify maintenance requirements.
Identify Health and safety compliance issues.
Ensure compliance with the council licence conditions.
Producing site survey reports for Void rental units, recording internal and external conditions to identify works required.
Inspect reported maintenance issues and providing feedback and schedules of work for the maintenance team and instruct suitable contractors and issue works.
Carry out council license compliance checks to ensure properties comply to the requirements.
Carry out periodic inspections to assess the property conditions and record any issues.
