Property Consultant

Hello Recruitment is pleased to be working with a well respected estate agents in North Luton. Our clients'�are a forward thinking independent company that have been operating in Luton & surrounding villages for the past eleven years. We are looking for a sales negotiator/property professional with the right attitude, dedication & willingness to succeed. This position will lead to bigger & better roles within the company as we look to expand the business.

The successful candidate will need to have a confident manor, excellent customer service skills & a desire to succeed in sales whilst retaining complete integrity.

The role will include; Assisting clients find a suitable property to buy or rent, conducting viewings, listening & understanding clients needs & requirements. Generating new leads for valuations & mortgage referrals, negotiating offers & providing the customer an experience they will not forget.

Sales experience, within Estate Agency is preferred yet not essential. Driving licence & vehicle is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: �19,000.00 to �25,000.00 depending on length of experience. OTE �30,000+

Commission structure, mileage allowance & pension scheme to be discussed at interview stage.
