Property business based in the centre of Manchester requires a Customer Service executive. Reporting to the Regional Head of Customer Service this is a newly created role due to the growth of the business.

The main purpose of this role is to provide after care for customers within the warranty period of the purchase of their property.

Duties of the role will include:

* Handling incoming enquiries from customers

* Understanding the main issues with the customer for example snags, including defects and damages

* Working within the warranty process to ensure the correction of these issues

* Logging issues and staying with these issues until resolution

* Maintaining communication with customers until the resolution of queries

* Taking ownership of the queries

* Following up with customers until resolution

* Updating customer records

* Dealing with complaints and escalating these as required

The right candidate for this role will have a background in property and customer service.
