About the role
Our client is looking for a Property Data Officer to manage and develop their asset management database and GIS systems, ensuring the accuracy and quality of stock condition and environment performance data. In this role, you will work closely with the Asset Investment Manager to design programmes of work that inform business plans, support funding applications, and maintain up-to-date records for major repair programmes and energy efficiency improvements. You will manage data flow between contractors and internal teams, ensure compliance with Decent Homes standards, and deliver insightful reporting on SAP ratings, HHSRS, and other key metrics.
About you
The ideal candidate for this role will hold a degree in a relevant discipline or demonstrate substantial experience and training appropriate to the role. You will have proven expertise in efficient data entry, database use and development, and working effectively to meet set deadlines. A customer-focused approach, both internally and externally, is essential, alongside strong IT proficiency. You will need excellent communication skills, a high level of numeracy skills, and the ability to collate, record, and manage meaningful data with accuracy. You will thrive in a team environment, contributing to shared goals while maintaining meticulous attention to detail in your work.
